We have a unique Turnkey delivery Model for our client projects. Our delivery model involves experienced and skillful managers and senior resources blended with junior and medium resources. As a first level of contact, our clients are assigned to a Local Project Manager (LPM) from our US location. Our LPM will work with client managers to gather requirements, define deliverables & schedules, and will be responsible for delivery of the project. We also assign a Remote Project Manager (RPM) who will work closely with our LPM. Our RPM will manage the resources to deliver the project as per schedule. Our teams will consists of resources to oversee complete life-cycles of an IT project, include QA resource ensure the quality of delivered project.

Fixed cost Model
Our LPM & RPM working with our clients to define the project and design the delivery. Then our team will give you a cost-effective and quality deliverable results and solutions to our clients.
Flexible Delivery Model
Many of our clients have ideas on which need some research, design, develop, and deploy a solution using horizontal platforms and tools. But their internal resources may not have time and skills to take up the projects and build solutions that will take the company to next level.

We have garnered the best resources both in terms of people and expertise, to ensure that organizations are enriched by our solutions. Our team is comprised of forward-thinking IT analysts who can provide needed research, design, development and delivery of the solutions / applications behavior in different environments.
Since the scope of the project is not defined well at its infancy, we provide this flexible model to our clients. Our LPM & RPM working with our clients to define the project and design the delivery. In this model our clients are billed hourly basis for each resource involved in the project.
